Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order is confirmed and produced. This includes items such as:

All items are made-to-order specifically for each customer’s branding, design, and personalization requirements, and hence are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Damaged in Transit: If the item arrives physically damaged or unusable due to courier mishandling.
