Unbranded (non-customized) items
For orders delivered within the UAE, unbranded stock items that have not been printed, engraved, embroidered or otherwise customized may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition and packaging, and the order number is supplied.

Return cost: the cost of returning the item is paid by the customer.

Full refund: if you arrange and pay for the return delivery yourself, the full product price is refunded once the item is received and inspected.

Collection by us: if you ask us to arrange collection, the return delivery cost is deducted from your refund.

Original delivery charges are not refundable.

For orders delivered outside the UAE, returns are accepted only for defective or incorrectly supplied items.
Customized items
Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns of customized items once an order is confirmed and produced. This includes items such as:

Custom branded bags and office stationery

Promotional uniforms and exhibition supplies
Customized items are made-to-order specifically for each customer’s branding, design, and personalization requirements, and hence are non-refundable and non-returnable.

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

Incorrect Customization: The product received has the wrong name, color, logo, or design compared to the approved artwork.

Damaged in Transit: If the item arrives physically damaged or unusable due to courier mishandling.

The product ordered is discontinued or out of stock and cannot be replaced.

There is a significant delay in delivery caused by logistics issues under our control (evaluated case-by-case).
